Sigfinity™ is a lipoplex (LPP) consisting of a nucleic acid, a cationic lipid or polymer, and a surface coating of polymers containing a receptor-binding ligand such as polysialic acid (PSA).

When dosed systemically, Sigfinity™ LPP has demonstrated reduced liver accumulation. They also showed strong lung tropism. It is suitable for the delivery of oligonucleotides such as siRNAs and antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) to the lung via systemic route.
